Who we are

Unclass is operated by Sergei Andronov, self-employed (autónomo) in Spain, NIE Z1308614B, Avenida Fernando Abril Martorell 28, A-1-1, 46026 Valencia, Spain. Contact: [email protected].

Agreement

These terms are a contract between you and Unclass. By creating an account or using the service, you accept them. If you accept on behalf of a school or other organization, you confirm you are authorized to bind it. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal data and forms part of these terms.

Accounts

You must be at least 18 to open a teacher or school account. Keep your sign-in details secure and tell us promptly about any unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Students

Students do not accept these terms and do not hold accounts. They access Unclass through links you share. You are responsible for your students' use of the service, for informing them how their data is processed, and for obtaining consent from a parent or legal guardian before adding a student under 14. We process student data only on your instructions, as set out in the privacy policy.

Price

Unclass is free during the closed beta. Paid plans, when introduced, will have their own terms; we will not charge you without your explicit agreement.

Acceptable use

Do not use Unclass to break the law, infringe another person's rights, harass anyone, distribute malware or unlawful material, interfere with the service, or attempt unauthorized access. We may remove content or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, third parties, or the service.

Your content

You own the lessons, uploads, and other content you submit. You grant Unclass a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, copy, process, and display it solely to provide the service. You confirm you have the rights needed to submit it. You may export your content at any time.

Service

We provide Unclass "as is" and may add, change, or remove features. We will give at least 30 days' notice before discontinuing the service, unless required by law or security to act sooner, and you may export your content during that period.

Liability

Unclass is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or loss of data caused by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing affects the statutory rights of consumers.

Ending the agreement

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for a material or repeated breach of these terms, or for accounts inactive for 12 months, as described in the privacy policy. Sections on content, liability, and governing law survive termination.

Changes to these terms

We will notify you by email at least 30 days before material changes take effect. If you do not agree, close your account before that date; continued use after it means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes are subject to the courts of Valencia, Spain, except that consumers may also rely on the mandatory laws and courts of their country of residence. EU consumers may use the European online dispute resolution platform.
